Recipe:
500g penne pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 chopped onion
600g ground beef
3 garlic cloves chopped
2 tbsp mixed herbs, a combination of oregano, parsley and basil.
1 red bell pepper + 1 habanero pepper roughly blended.
560g tomato sauce
1 cup pasta water
1 beef stock cube
1/2 tsp pepper or chili flakes
1/2 black pepper
Salt to your taste
1 carrot + 1 green bell pepper for garnish.
