Here is my shopping list for today's video! If you recreate any of the meals shared here today I hope you tag me over on IG and let me know what you think!

Grocery List:
-2 lbs rice (any)
-1 can black beans
-1 bag frozen peppers and onion
-1 pack vegan spring rolls
-1 container hot sauce
-1 bag frozen edamame
-1 bag whole wheat tortillas
-1 can petite diced tomatoes

*MEAL 1: Burritos
(Makes 8 burritos, servings 2-3)
*Add your black beans, tomatoes and half of your bag of frozen peppers and onions to a skillet with about a half cup of water. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Let simmer for about 12 minutes. Add your bean mix and your cooked rice to your burritos. Cook burritos on a hot skillet for about 20 seconds on each side to toast up. Serve drizzled with hot sauce

*MEAL 2: Rice bowl
*Add the remaining peppers and onions to a skillet with about 1/4 cup of water. Once they are cooked well, add them to your reheated rice. Serve with a side of edamame and spring rolls
