This video is about getting comfortable in transitioning from Charleston to Fall Off The Log, from Fall Off The Log to Charleston, from Charleston starting right to Charleston starting left, from Fall Off The Log starting left into Charleston starting right, and so on.

After getting comfortable in that, exploring the variations of each move. There are plenty of them and one short video is just not enough to show all of them. You got me 😉

I propose to play with these two moves and get as free as you can. Starting simple, from basics, and then building and exploring what you could have more.
