You want to be true to you, but you fear being rejected for it (navigating the spiritual awakening)

It’s so normal to want to be seen in a positive way and fear being seen in an unflattering light.

And this push and pull creates this unconscious desire to hide when we fear we won’t be seen in the way we want to….or subtly try to control how others see us to ensure it’s in the way we want them to.

This can make navigating the spiritual awakening a very tiring, lonely and confusing ride.

I share my thoughts on this play between what we want and what we fear, and what it might take to embrace who we are, show up in life authentically, and live from a place of freedom to be who we are.
