I made this video for myself to watch on the treadmill and wasn't planning on uploading it, but I found it pretty helpful so I thought I would share it.

Watch it while you're on the treadmill, walking in place, lifting weights, doing crunches, stretching, or while sitting on the couch trying to find motivation to exercise. Or just watch it because Jungkook is sexy.
