My experience with aging has been a beautiful journey. I am thoroughly enjoying myself. I enjoyed, every stage, even the rocky bits had its purpose; as I reflect from a place of wisdom. I partied like it was going out of style, I met many amazing people, dated all types of guys, met some beautiful women through my work. I've been blessed to explore some parts of the world through traveling. I enjoyed experiencing other cultures and discovering new places. I felt very at home when I am in exploring mode. I am blessed to be in a career that I love. I am even more blessed to be exploring my other gifts and talents and sharing them with all of you beautiful people. This thought sums it up best, aging is a journey of discovery it is not a destination.

In this video, I share some of the benefits I am enjoying especially because I have done the work needed to deal with all my accumulated traumas and other issues. As a result of doing the work, I have freed myself from those issues that have the potential to weigh me down I feel even freer to live in my true authentic being.
