Having begun her career in talent research and sourcing for an Executive Search firm, she jumped at the opportunity to join the startup world on the Talent team at Opencare. Hired as the company’s first sourcer, Charlotte has been the driving force behind the sourcing function at Opencare, building out the sourcing and engagement playbooks that have helped the Talent team to become a "sourcing first" team that focuses on solving business problems through exceptional sourced talent.

Today, Charlotte is the Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at Opencare, but she's never far away from a creative outreach or meme to catch someone's attention.
