In this video, we'll discuss several affirmations you can use to release resistance and judgment around feelings like guilt, blame and regret and move into a state of forgiveness and acceptance. The phrases can be used toward yourself, others or something else (like an unwanted manifestation).

These "I am" statements are also SELF-CONCEPT affirmations.
