Not a scientific comparison, but I have made a few tries to see how I could brake with my V10F vs S16 Pro.
I'm starting to brake at the end of the white line. White dashes are 3m long with 1.33m interval.

Result for me is that I think I'll brake better with the S16 Pro (with pads), but not by a huge margin.
