In this episode of The No Nonsense Sustainability Podcast, I talk with Dr. Sérgio Moreira about something we don’t often talk about - the toll it takes to manage other people’s emotions during public consultations, or to witness vulnerable people being affected by projects.

We explore what it really means to stay emotionally resilient in social performance work, and how to look after yourself while doing work that often asks so much. Sérgio also shares insights about the SPCircles, a new initiative from Community Insights Group that supports practitioners who are struggling with mental health challenges in their work.
