Culinary Arts student Patrick Creery takes us behind the stands at the GMC Stadium, where he crafts delicious meals at the Lazy S for the Greatest Show on Earth. Located on the fourth floor of the stadium, the lounge provides rodeo and Evening Show attendees with a lunch or dinner curated by the culinary team.

The partnership between SAIT and the Greatest Outdoor Show on earth runs deep, providing unique opportunities for students to saddle up in the world of hospitality.

Video description: Patrick Creery’s day includes clips of him commuting to the GMC stadium, as well as the kitchen located at the Lazy S, where he spends the day doing a dry run (aka, a dress rehearsal before opening day) of the meals they’ll prepare for guests. He can be seen preparing a corn casserole, visiting the walk-in freezer, dressing up some meatballs, and interacting with other kitchen staff.
