Ingredients:
**Please feel free to adjust the seasoning if desired**

Chicken cartilage about 450g
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Sugar 2 teaspoon
White pepper 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1~1½ teaspoon
Tapioca starch 1½ tablespoon

Some chili and chopped green onion (optional)


Air fryer, set 390F/200C, 13 minutes
Then turn the chicken cartilage over, switch the layers position
Air fryer, set 390F/200C, 8-9 minutes
After that, let it cool and it will be very crispy
