A bomb device was found this morning in Ranipet's BHEL unit and it was defused by a bomb disposal squad team. The bomb had gun powder, and was found with a safety fuse, a lighter and a mobile phone. It seems like a scare tactic to plant a bomb in a location where lots of workers move about and the cops are on a hunt to find out the culprit.
