Pushing Through Short Film

A short film about the life of a college student as she navigates school and her passion for music while experiencing chronic migraine symptoms.

This film was written and directed by Jillian McGuffey. The film is semi autobiographical and was created as a response to the lack of accurate media representation for migraine disorder. Please be aware that this film only tackles one perspective and does not cover the full migraine experience. We understand that each person's experience with migraine varies. We hope that people with chronic illnesses can relate to this film and feel seen.
