Baklai Falls | Tlabong | Tajindong | Keokradong | Bogalake | Liluk Falls(Team Shangshaptak Avijatri)

It was another expedition of the Team Shangshaptak Avijatri on the 3rd-10th of September. The members of this expedition were: Zahidul Islam Jewel, Sharmin Sultana Tuly, Zahid Tuhin, Oaliul Islam Piash, Arafat Hosen Nobin, Khalid Hosen & Mahdi Al Masud. But this time it was partially an unsuccessful expedition due to a sudden meet up with the Army forces. So we couldn't reach some of our main target locations. However it was a memorable expedition on various aspects . We had been able to reach Baklai falls (the highest waterfall of our country), Tlabong/double falls(the starting point of the Remakri canal , Tajindong summit, Liluk/Langluk falls, Keokradong summit, Chingri falls & Bogalake.

The conventional routes:
For Baklai falls: Bandarban- Thanchi- Boarding para- Kaiton para- Baklai para- Baklai falls.
For Tlabong/Double falls: Bandarban- Ruma- Keokradong- Passing para- Sungsang para- Tlabong falls.
For Tajindong summit: Bandarban- Thanchi- Boarding para- Sherkor para- Tajindong summit.

The above mentioned routes are not open to the travellers now. You need to take permission from the nearby Army or BGB camp & a registered guide with you. You can only visit Bogalake & Keokradong from Ruma & Liluk falls from Tindu.
