This is a song that is totally original, to help students learn the sliding-filament model aka the cross-bridge cycle, of how sarcomere's contract. The only parts of this song that are not original are the pictures, which I have edited to fit together well for the purpose of this lesson.

they attatch to actin and they pull that thin thread (actin)
First the binding site on actin's gotta be free
gotta get this thing called tropomyosin to kindly move please

Ya see, tropomyosin has a friend
the name is troponin they're attached till the end
let troponin bind to calcium
and then you will see
tropomyosin will move and set the binding site free

, now that tropomyosin is out of the way
myosin can bind to actin today
, Now that their bound learn how do they act.
How does ATP help to make the muscles contract

At first, the head has phosphate and ADP
then you drop the phosphate, and what will it be?
the power stroke happens, and the actin get's pulled
this is part of the contraction, let the story unfold

The ATP breaks into ADP and phosphate
this energy allows the head to cock all the way
if calcium's around it's time to further contract
