Just weeks ahead of the assembly elections, a political storm is brewing in India's national capital, Delhi, and instead Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) founder and ex-Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal it is the interim Chief Minister, Aisha, who is currently in the spotlight. Early in the day, the Delhi government's Women and Child Development Department created a stir by indirectly targeting one of AAP's alleged schemes. The department issued a public notification stating that "any political party collecting information from applicants in the name of the Chief Minister's scheme for women is committing fraud and has no authority."
