Wagner Air Assisted Airless spraying a reclaim kitchen wit Renner coatings part 2

This is part of the Oak reclaimed kitchen sprayed in two colours F&Brailings and LG mid lead. The product is a w/b 2k Poly from Renner UK.

The system used the Air Assisted Airless that consists of an electric diaphragm pump the SF23, wit a heated hose the Tempspray H126, the compressor is a Gentilin silent C240 and the gun is a Wagner 4700.

Set up for the kitchen with a small to medium size fan is red aircap with the air at 2 bar with the trigger pulled, the heated hose is set at 35 degrees, the fluid is going through a fine finish nozzle 8 thou bore at a 20 degree angle ( a 208 in Airless terms), the fluid pressure is 8 Mpa or 1160 psi and I sprayed it with the air control on the gun wound all the way out to squash the fan.

This fan set up was for this type of kitchen to allow for the best finish in the industry available with moderate speed and good control.

I adjusted the settings half through at the cooker hood down a little to get the sweet spot.
