Rajma (Kidney Beans) 300 Grams Boiled
Cooking Oil 1/2 Cup
Curry Leaves 2
Cinnamon Stick (Dar Chinee) 1
Black Cardamom (Moti Aliche) 1
Cumin Seeds (Sabat Zeera) 1 Tsp
Onion 2 Medium Sized Chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
Tomato 3 large sized chopped
Green Chilli 2
Yogurt 1 Cup


Spices Required:
Salt 1/2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tbsp
Chilli Flakes 1/2 Tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 Tbsp
Black Pepper 1/2 Tbsp

Herbs required:
Coriander Leaves 2 Tbsp Chopped

Garnishing:
Ginger Sticks
Coriander Leaves Chopped
Green Chilli Circled cut
