Early 1900s S.S. Stewart "Amateur" Banjo

Samuel Swain Stewart died in 1898, but instruments bearing his name continued to be produced until the start of the 1st World War. The high serial number on this banjo, plus a few other details, suggest it was made between 1900 and 1910.
