ساكت وراضي بألون البارح مسكون

دارك خذيت و الدنيا صغيرة ولات
في خيالي بنيت ثنية موزونة وحلات
في عيني وبالي والف والعشرة ما تهون

قلت ويا ريت صانع من بورك الأجنان
واقف و عييت حفنة ممدودة القدام
في سرب أطياري ما نخلي جوانح كي تخون
يا ريش حمامي تزين فأحوالك لشكون

ناسي وطويت جواب المرسول إلي فات
شمعة وطفيت ودنيا كبيرة كي ضوات
حيرت ترابي و في فجري ساري كي نقوم
سلمت ثوابي قلبي في صدرك مدفون

Une fois j'y étais
Dans mes souvenirs, une ruelle qui ne dort jamais
Perdu et j'ai retrouvé
Ta poésie m'a apaisé
Et de ça je me suis contenté,
Des ces vielles couleurs je suis hanté

Ton chez toi est mon abri
Mon monde est soudain devenu si petit
Dans mon esprit j'ai bâti
Ce pont qui vers toi m'a guidé
Large et beau devant mes yeux,
Habitués. Vis, et la distance importe peu

Oh ! J'ai dis
Si je faisais de tes terres arides, un paradis
Debout, à bout,
Paume levée
Mon vol d'oiseaux n'aura pas de traîtres ailes
Plumes de cygnes, pour qui vous vous faites aussi beaux

J'ai oublié et plié
La dernière lettre du messager
J'ai éteint cette bougie
Et le monde fut si grand une fois éclairé
J'ai soulevé ma terre et rejoint mon nouvel aube
Abandonné mon âme et enterré ton coeur au plus profond de ma poitrine.

in a street that never sleeps in my memory,
I was lost when I found your smooth poetry
Of that, I was content, fulfilled with your colorfull words


You’ve become home and my world suddenly turned small
In my dream I’ve built a highway to happyness
In my eyes and in my mind
I’ve got used to us, to what matters


I’ve said and then regret, that I may turn your dry lands to a blooming garden
I was standing still, with an empty body and soul
Then I supposed,
My birds will have no traitor’s wing,
And my dove’s feather won’t made itself that beautiful


I forgot and pleat
The last letter you’ve sent to me,
Then blewn the last candle
And the world suddenly become bigger
Then, I’ve lifted my earth and joined my new dawn
Abandoned my soul and buried my heart on your chest


I’ve Buried my heart on your chest
