This video is made to explain why Cesarean section which is one of the most common operations is preformed on women
There are multiple reasons for this operation : which done in a planned manner or in an emergency condition .
The reasons include :Cephalo pelvic disproption , fibroid uterus which if obstructing the path of delivery , rarely cervical cancer
If the mother has Heart problems ,High bp , high risk of throwing fits – eclampsia in pregnancy , diabetes which is uncontrolled with Big baby
If there are situations like Placenta previa ,Abnormal position of baby ,Multiple pregnancy ,Precious pregnancy , Previous operations on uterus
In late pregnancy if there is Bleeding in pregnancy , very low blood flow to baby , very less water around baby
During labor if there is Fetal distress in form of Fetal heart falling down in labor , meconioum stained liquor
Failed induction even after the delivery date .
