Manual Sourcing Cargo:

Best type is Land, not Air.
Land was added later and quicker to complete.

I do not use the NPC Staff for Cargo collection. Way to expensive, you won't have much profit.

Start a Cargo Mission from the Computer in the Hangar, up stairs inside a room, mid level.

1 Cargo can be sourced per person in the group.
Solo, 1 Cargo per run.

Collect exactly 25x Cargo on Tier 1 types.
Tier 1 = Chemicals, Medical Supplies & Narcotics

There is a small delay after a Cargo Mission on that type.
Alternate to a secondary Tier 1 Cargo to keep moving.
This means you should have around 15x Cargo on the secondary Cargo type when you are ready to make a Sell on 25x Cargo on the primary Cargo type.

TLDR:
Tier 1 is best to focus on for selling - Chemicals, Medical Supplies & Narcotics
To gain the best % Bonus make sure you collect 25x Cargo of a Tier 1 type before you Sell.
Do not bother collecting more than 25. You won't increase the % Bonus applied.

e.g.
collect 25x Chemicals, then perform a Sell on Chemicals.
25x Chemical Sell applies a 35% Bonus to the Sell amount.
35% Bonus is the best you can get.

DETAILED BREAKDOWN:

Hangar has different Cargo Types you can Source & Sell.

There are three Tiers of Cargo types.
Each Tier provides different Bonus % calculations applied to the Sell.
The Bonus % applied is determined by the total number of Cargo you are selling and the Tier the Cargo belongs to. A bit complicated.

Tier 1:
Chemicals, Medical Supplies & Narcotics
0% Bonus for 24x Cargo and under.
35% Bonus for 25 to 49x Cargo (just collect 25 minimum, no gain with more)
70% Bonus for 50x Cargo (max).

However, consider:
35% / 25x Cargo= 1.4% Bonus per Cargo.
70% / 50x Cargo = 1.4% Bonus per Cargo.
There is no extra profit between selling 25x Cargo right through 50 (max).
So simply collect 25x Cargo of Tier 1 and perform a Sell for maximum profits.

Tier 2:
Jewelry, Art & Animal
0% Bonus for 9x Cargo and under.
12% Bonus for 10 to 19 Cargo.
24% Bonus for 20 to 29 Cargo.
36% Bonus for 30 to 39 Cargo.
48% Bonus for 40 to 49 Cargo.
60% Bonus for 50 Cargo (max).

However, perform the calculations to see the % Bonus per Cargo is worse than Tier 1 Cargo.
12% / 10 Cargo= 1.2% Bonus per Cargo.
60% / 50 Cargo= 1.2% Bonus per Cargo.

Tier 3:
Counterfeit & Tobacco.
0% Bonus for 4 Cargo and under.
5% Bonus for 5 to 9 Cargo.
10% Bonus for 10 to 14 Cargo.
15% Bonus for 15 to 19 Cargo.
