[mukbang with THIEN]: Cuban Chicken in Mojo Sauce, Ropa Vieja (Stewed Beef), and Fried Plantains

Today's meal is brought to you from Bella Cuba, a Cuban restaurant located in Santa Ana, CA. I've been frequenting this restaurant for many years and I'm so excited to share with you their amazing dishes. I ordered their Garlic Chicken in Mojo sauce (my personal favorite) and Ropa vieja (stewed beef) paired with rice and black beans. Along side these signature Cuban dishes, I having fried plantains - something that is always worth raving about, regardless of where it is coming from.
