Hello, and welcome to Meon’s latest ToolBox Tips video where we are going to show you How to Align a Graco LineLazer EZ Align Front Wheel.

If you find your machine constantly veering off at an angle when spraying, you may need to adjust your EZ Align front wheel.

A good way to test if your front wheel is not aligned, simply find a flat smooth surface minimum of 10m long, make Surface must be smooth as any imperfections will affect the aligning of the wheel, so sweep the area thoroughly before starting any alignment.

Now “ping” a chalk line as shown here.

Surface must be smooth as any imperfections will affect the aligning of the wheel, so sweep the area thoroughly before starting any alignment.
All wheels must be correctly inflated for accurate alignment, generally 60PSI in rear wheels and 45PSI in front wheel.

Now, ideally using a LazerGuide or pointer, but if not available a basic cable tie will work, align the LineLazer as accurately as possible with the chalk line.

With a bit of force, push your LineLazer out in front of you and let go leaving the machine following the chalk line.

If the LineLazer veers off, then your front wheel will need adjusting.
But not to worry, it is very fast and easy to amend.

First off, you will only need a 19mm ring spanner and a slotted screwdriver.

Use the ring spanner to untighten the locking nut.

Then use the screwdriver to adjust both grub screws, turning the left grub screw clockwise if the LineLazer veered to the left and vice versa.

It is important to ensure that both grub screws are kept tight so turn both clockwise until tight.

Test if the machine is staying on track and not veering off course, by repeating the previous simple push test.

As it is still veering to the left, turn the right grub screw anti-clockwise and the left clockwise, and then test again.

If the machine now veers in the opposite direction, then turn the left anti-clockwise very slightly and tighten the right clockwise.

Keep testing and adjusting the grub screws until you are happy that the LineLazer is aligned correctly, always ensuring the grub screws are kept tight.

Tighten the locking nut using the ring spanner once alignment is completed.

If the issue continues, then please let us know and we can advise on how to sort the problem.
