Finn Is Coming Home! 12 Days In The NICU!!

Finn is HOME!!! It was a looong 12 days, but we are so grateful for the doctors and nurses that took such great care of Finn and we're so happy that he is finally home with us! He is such a happy, sweet little guy! We're feeling so lucky that he's a part of our family!! Thank you so much for watching!!:)
