Personal Q&A | My VS Experience, Hormones , What I Would Tell My 23y Old Self & Are We Moving?

Welcome back to my channel! And if you're new here, I'm really glad you've joined us. Today, I thought it'd be nice to answer some of the questions I get asked the most. Whenever I do these Q&A sessions on my Instagram, I get flooded with all sorts of questions, from personal stuff to wellness inquiries. So, I've picked out a few of the most common ones, and hopefully, I'll answer some of yours too!

Right now, I'm in Mexico, teaching pilates at this stunning place called Chileno Bay. And this morning, as I was having breakfast, I couldn't help but reflect on how much things have changed over the past year. I was listening to this podcast about happiness (you can find the new episodes on the Diary of a CEO channel!), and I absolutely loved it. Happiness has always intrigued me. It's kind of strange, you know? Some people who seem to have it all are still unhappy, while others who have very little are filled with gratitude and happiness every day. Definitely worth a listen!
