This field is designed to help you deal with the effects of abuse on all levels. From the mental component to the physical body.

Under cruelty I understand not only the cases when you were directly exposed to cruelty in real life, but also those cases when you read the news, watched cruel movies and saw cruelty on the screen. Also those cases when you yourself showed cruelty are worked through.

This field will allow you to return to the state when you were a child who has not yet learned the cruelty that is present in the world. You will begin to notice how you are shedding your shell, how you are becoming a more open person, how you will begin to smile more often, to be surprised and happy. Your life will take on new colors and most likely you will no longer want to watch violent movies, stop reacting to the news (and intentionally watching it).

I recommend that you listen for the first time lying on your back with your eyes closed
If you feel something in your body while listening, listen until the feeling disappears.

It is recommended to listen to it lying on your back for the first time to observe the sensations in the body.

Everything is individualized. One listening is enough for some people, while others need to listen for several hours.
Rely on the sensations.
