Rice is the most common ingredient in Indian Cuisine and is eaten in various forms and in various ways.
In this episode we have shown the Life of rice that means the journey of Rice from Sowing to the plate. It includes Ploughing, Sowing, Transferring of seedlings, Plantation of seedlings, De weeding, Fertilization, Harvesting, Threshing, Milling and then to the plate.
After the rice is collected Pooja prepared Rice kheer for our neighbors as it is a ritual to offer the first dish of harvested crop to them.
Also she prepared Ghavane and Amboli in this episode which we have already showed earlier in separate videos.
Later she also prepared Crispy Rice Vade which we enjoyed as an evening snack.
