Mariupol destruction visible from the air as Ukraine and Russia continue to fight over port city

Drone footage filmed on April 3, 2022, shows the southern Ukrainian city of Mariupol after weeks of devastating attacks by Russian invasion forces. Homes and streets have been left in ruins, as Russian troops continue to try and gain control of the city. A quarter of Ukraine’s population of 44 million people have been forced to flee since Russia launched its invasion on February 24, 2022.
