Dear Friends
Will can be made number of time till death and can be cancelled.
Indian Succession Act 1925
1 Point No.1:- Section 62 - Will may be revoked or altered
A Will is liable to be revoked or altered by the maker of it at any time when he is competent to dispose of his property by Will.

2. Point No.2:- The mode of Cancellation of Will

1. By Destroying the original Will and all its copies
2. By Burning A will
3. By tearing a Will

4. By Executing a new Will:-

5. By Executing an Deed of Cancellation of Will:-

6. If the Deed has been registered before the Sub Registrar, the same can be cancelled by the cancellation of the deed before the same registrar.

3. Point No.3:- How to Draft a Cancellation of Will:-

The deed of cancellation of will can be draft in the same manner, in which a will is drafted.

 I have executed the will
 The aforesaid will has been registered before the office of the Sub Registrar on the Book No., volume No., Page No and Serial No.
 I have changed my mind
 I wish to cancel the aforesaid will
 Through this deed of cancellation of will, my will executed earlier shall stand cancelled for all purpose.

4. Point No.4:- Should the cancellation of will be attested by the same witness, through which the Original will has been attested:-
 It can be attested either by the same witnesses a
 Or it can be attested by the any of the two witnesses.


5. When It can Be revoke:- Any time after execution, the executor can revoke the will
6. How Many times a new will can be made:- any number of time
