Deep into the plains and rolling hills of Slovakia lies a village where a girl is about to become a woman.

It's August 3rd, 2019, and a day longer than any other is about to unfold for Maria.

A traditional Slovak wedding (or Tradična Slovenská Svadba) is a massively cultural affair in Slovakia. While part of the day is about getting Maria and her fiancee Martin hitched, most of the day is reserved for unbelievably fun cultural traditions and just straight up partying.

Most people didn't get out of there until 5am. Enough said.

Enjoy! I think you'll agree that the slovakian concept of dance is a quite a bit more fun than what you find at your average North American wedding ;)
