In this video we build a bench from a slab we had lying around the shop. We added bow ties to prevent excessive cracking, patched it in a few places to make it both more solid, and more unique, cause why be typical? We built the legs from live edge maple that our local squirrels ate last winter and, once assembled, we ebonized the surface, and painted the legs because apparently, maple doesn't take to ebonizing very well.
