Potato Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Chicken (boiled & shredded) 2 cups
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
Kuti lal mirch 1 tsp
All-purpose flour 2 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Nuggets:
Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 1 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Green coriander 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Prepared chicken
All-purpose flour as required
Beaten eggs as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Chicken Preparation:
In a pan heat oil and add onion and cook for a minute.
Add chicken and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add black pepper powder, italian seasoning, red chili flakes and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add flour and cook for 2-3 mins. Add milk and cook for 1-2 mins. Set aside.
Directions for Nuggets Preparation:
In a bowl add potatoes, black pepper powder, green coriander, salt, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, prepared chicken and mix it well.
Make small nugget shapes from this mixture.
Now coat them in flour, dip in beaten eggs and coat in bread crumbs.
Note: they can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month
Shallow fry them over medium low flame and your Nuggets are ready.
Prep time: 30 mins
Cooking time: 30-40 mins
Servings: 5-6
