Ultima canzone cantata da Freddie Mercury poco prima di morire. Registrò solo la sua voce senza base musicale dato che il 1991 fu una lotta contro il tempo. La musica la aggiunsero i restanti membri della band anni dopo la sua scomparsa, appena ebbero le forze per terminare le ultime volontà di Mercury. Tuttavia, Freddie non era riuscito a terminarla a causa dell'aggravarsi del suo stato di salute, così fu Brian May (chitarrista Queen) che cantò per lui l'ultima strofa. Un testo da brividi e una meravigliosa musica che accompagna una voce che sa di dover morire. Una voce triste ma di una potenza inaudita. "Mother Love" è una tra le più belle song dei Queen.
