In this episode of Searching for History, Erin and I remember our time living in Newcastle upon Tyne, in the United Kingdom. In this video, we talk about many of Newcastle’s sites, including Northumberland Street, the Grainger Market, the Newcastle Cathedral, the Castle Keep, the Quayside and other amazing places to visit. Newcastle upon Tyne is an amazing Georgian city with a scattering of medieval architecture, showcasing its medieval origin. In addition to Newcastle, we also discuss nearby Jarrow and Tynemouth.
