What is a COOP Program? | Study and Work together in USA/Canada | International Student

I explain what a co-op program or co-op education is. Co-op stands for co-operative education and it allows students to gain work experience during their degree. I talk about co-op from an international students perspective and about the advantages and disadvantages of going to a university with a co-op program. I talk about a few universities with co-op programs like Drexel University, University of Waterloo and Northeastern University and highlight some differences between them. I also cover my experience working in the United States as part of the co-op program at Drexel University. Hope this video helps to clear your questions about co-op!
