Murrayville is one of the most popular and historic communities in the area. Part of the Township of Langley, this area is home to several heritage buildings and has a vibrant community feel. Distinguished by two main areas, Upper and Lower Murrayville which are divided by a hill. Murrayville is located on the south-east side of Langley, between Langley City and Aldergrove.

𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠
The Murrayville real estate market has a nice mixture of condos, townhouses, and single family detached homes. Mostly built in the 1990s, the lot sizes tend to be smaller but the homes are larger with very few basement suites. However, the lots are still typically larger than in some of the newer developed parts of Langley.
