Reapers - the semi-organic living starships from the Mass Effect universe - have suddenly appeared in the Star Wars galaxy during the time of the Galactic Civil War. Their goal: take over the galaxy, destroying the empire and cleansing all life. Fighting against the Reapers will be all inhabitants of the Star Wars galaxy, including the Rebel Alliance, the Empire, and every other living being.

The Reapers are a race of synthetic-organisms shaped like giant squids. They were first introduced in Mass Effect, played an important role in Mass Effect 2, then were part of the full scale conflict of Mass Effect 3. The reapers live in the dark interstellar space between galaxies, returning to the Milky Way only to devour life. Their most powerful ability is indoctrination, where they passively bend the minds of living beings.

The Star Wars galaxy is home to thousands of trillions of beings, and is ruled by the Galactic Empire. The Empire consists of billions of persons and almost as many star ships. Ruling the Empire is the force sensitive Emperor Palpatine and his henchman Darth Vader. The Empire fights against the Rebel Alliance, led by Alliance High Command and Luke Skywalker.
