Sweet Corn Handvo

Take
1 no - Fresh Sweet Corn ( Remove Kernels )
From this Remove
1/2 Cup - Corn
Rest Grind Coarsely

Take a bowl and add
1 Cup - Sooji
1/2 Cup - Rice Atta
1/3 Cup - Besan
3/4 Cup - Sour Curd
1 Cup - Water
Make a thick batter and add
Give Rest for 15-20 Min
After 20 min add above
1/2 Cup - Corn
1+1/2 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
1+1/2 tbsp - Garlic Paste
1 tbsp - Ginger Chopped
1 tbsp - Soaked Chana Dal
1 tbsp - Sugar
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp - Oil
1/4 tsp - Asafoetida (Hing)
1/2 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
1/4 Cup - Spinach Chopped
Mix and add
1/4 Cup - Water
For adjust Consistency
1/2 no - Lemon Juice
Add above Corn Paste Grinded
Mix Properly

Take a Batter from above batter then add
If
1 Cup - Batter
Then add
1/4 tsp - Eno
1/2 tsp - Water
Mix Properly

Take a Kadhai then add
2 tbsp - Oil
1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp - Whole Dry Coriander Seeds
5-6 no - Chopped Curry Leaves
1 tsp - Sesame Seeds
Let Crackle and add
Above Eno Batter
Sprinkle Some Sesame Seeds
Close the Lid and Make it Both the Sides Golden
If needed add Drizzle Some Oil
And make a golden crisp from both the sides , Cut n Serve
