ESRC PhD Studentships – All you need to know | Project EduAccess

Описание к видео ESRC PhD Studentships – All you need to know | Project EduAccess

The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) is one of the seven Research Councils that form part of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). ESRC offers PhD funding/studentships, covering fees and maintenance as well as providing high-quality research training. Applicants can’t apply directly to the ESRC for PhD funding. Instead, funding for PhDs is routed through universities that allocate awards to students within either Doctoral Training Partnerships (DTPs) or Centres for Doctoral Training (CDTs).

Watch this workshop to learn more about the ESRC PhD Studentships from PhD candidates who have experience applying to various DTPs.

Speaker:
1. Hitesh Potdar (LISS DTP, International Development Pathway and SeNSS DTP, Business Pathway),
2. Hitasha Sharma (Grand Union DTP, Economics Pathway),
3. Abhishek Vyas (Grand Union DTP, Education Pathway),
4. Ishita Patil (North West Social Science DTP), and
5. Jyotirupa Das (Scottish Graduate School of Social Sciences, ESRC).
