http://www.reefari.com More Great fishing videos from a recent mothershipping charter on the Great Barrier Reef, with Reefari and Centurion. This fishing video had Wayne and the guys from Sydney on a fishing charter for six days and nights. These Remote reefs of Eaton and Denton Reefs, start about 90 nautical miles from Mackay, Queensland. We tow Raptor II our 10 metre Cougar cat out for a tender and Centurion, is our 80 foot mothership, and base for the trip. She can sleep up to 16 with Air conditioned comfort and big walk around sides and fishing platform aft. She also has three dories as well to get up close and explore the reef, and fish your favourite fishing styles from Bottom bashing, GT fishing and trolling. It's also possible to have a snorkel on the reef or spearfish if you're keen to have a look below the surface, and well worth it.
In Part 2 we managed some great reef fish, a small GT on a Gold Halco Rooster popper and managed to get into some serious Spanish mackerel action, even a three way hookup whilst I was trying to do a bit of whale watching, but that's fishing, meanwhile in 25 -- 30 knots of weather.
