Mooncup review - what's it like to run with this cheaper, eco-friendly alternative to tampons?

In my ongoing quest to be a more eco-friendly runner I've changed from tampons and sanitary towels to a Mooncup and period pants (period pants, shorts and leggings for runners review coming soon, stay tuned). It suddenly occurred to me while making a big effort to cloth-nappy my son in 2021 I wasn't cloth-nappying myself! So I got in touch with Mooncup to see if I could review their famous alternative to tampons. They said yes! And were very helpful with all my many questions :)
