A presidential election is currently being held in Colombia. Because no candidate secured 50% of the vote, a second round will be held between the top two vote-getters, Gustavo Petro and Rodolfo Hernández Suárez, on 19 June. Incumbent president Iván Duque was ineligible for a second term.
