The Digital Nomad's Dilemma: A REALISTIC Look at 7kg Carry On Backpack

Let's look at what I can realistically pack in a 7kg backpack for airplane flights. As a digital nomad and traveling mom, only essentials can fit within the weight limit for my cabin bag. The cabin baggage size is also more restrictive for many flights in Asia than for domestic flights in the USA. There's no room for clothing, toiletries, or household essentials. For those, we check in suitcases.
