How to Make a 1:12 Scale Toy Top Hat, DIY Miniature Top Hat for Action Figures & Other Toys
Today we’re going to make a miniature top hat that will fit on 6 inch action figures such as Marvel Legends, and a variety of other toys including but not limited to Sylvanian Families/Calico Critters, Li'l Woodzeez, and Littlest Pet Shop animals. The diy top hats I make in this video will be 1/12 scale, but you can adjust the measurements to fit other scales as well.


Supplies:
The materials you’ll need for this #diy action figure project are:
-black felt
-scissors

Models:
The figures I used to model these 1:12 scale top hats are Marvel Legends Iron Man, L’il Woodzeez Duck, Sylvanian Families/Calico Critters Owl & Beaver, Littlest Pet Shop Duck, and a fakie My Little Pony. I used the same measurements (see them at 6:47 ) for all the top hats those figures are wearing.
