07:16 Stage 4 replay begin again
07:31 WATCH THIS, feel the difference!
08:57 As soon as the bullet storm disappeared, game runs at 30FPS stably!

Q: What does this video trying to tell?
A: Not sure if it's only me, but my Acer AOD270 netbook doesn't work as it is supposed to be. By default, there are 4 virtual cores (2 cores 4 thread) enabled. If I maxed out these cores, such as surfing web with Chrome, the performance would be unstable, as you can see that the game didn't run stably, but it runs stably if only two virtual cores are enabled (1 core 2 thread). This is NOT how a normal machine supposed to work. Installing other driver doesn't help so I guess it is a hardware issue.

Q: Why don't cut the video?
A: I want to keep it real, in case somebody doesn't trust me and suspect that I did any special tweak. Feel free to skip the boring parts by pressing the times on description.

Q: CHEAT how did you run Touhou 13 without major lag on that piece of junkbook?
A: Just make sure you play it in fullscreen, and set the frameskip to 1/2, so the game locks at 30FPS, which makes it pretty playable even on a piece of junkbook.

Q: I heard some baby crying sound... ?
A: I have a room, a small and non-sound proof one. It was my sister's toddler crying...
