How to throw GREAT hyzers in 3 steps | Disc Golf Basics

In this video Johannes, who has been playing disc golf for 25+ year, is showing me, Jonathan (a beginner), how to throw hyzer shots in 3 steps. I´ve always felt like I´m trapped with the hyzers. Not being able to decide when do actually throw one. It might also be that I´m confused as to what an hyzer actually is and how it´s different from not just throwing super high all the time 😂. Doing both in this video tho, haha.
