MAG Grips vs Prime 3n1 vs Knock Off MAGs – The final showdown

I’ve credited MAG grips with starting my obsession with cable attachments and changing my overall view of gym equipment over the years. Sometimes you gotta handle it, to know what works and why.

Over the years I have been asked about how the MAG Grips compare to the Prime Fitness 3-n-1 and 4-n-1 handles as well as the Knockoff MAGs you can find on Amazon. My friends at Prime Fitness sent me a full offering of their handles at the end of 2022 and I bought a set of the knock-offs at the end of 2023.

So after multiple years of being asked to do this, I’m finally breaking down and doing it.

I'll cover the details of each, the widths, the angles, and the fit and finish. Ultimately, I hope that this video helps YOU make the right decision for YOUR home gym. While I might like the MAG grips more, I totally see a place for the Prime Fitness Cable Attachments, as well as the Knock-Off MAGs.
