Bingka Beras/Bee Chay Kuih

I come across this snack since I was a child. My late mum used to make this snack as it is very simple and easy to make.
However, if the portion of ingredients are not correct, it may turned out; too hard or too soft and may be too sweet or to flat in taste.
Mum's recipe is 1 bowl flour, 2 bowl coconut milk, 1 bowl sugar.
But after I have tried to make it for few times, the result is not consistent especially the texture.
Therefore, after few experiences, I have come out my own recipe in measurements.
180g Rice flour
60g Tapioca flour
150g Sugar
¼ tsp salt
750ml to 800ml Coconut milk (depend on brand of rice flour used)
